The actress starred on the ABC soap drama One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. She joined in 1999 the crew of the CBS soap drama Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star in New York Undercover, and The District. In 2001, Navedo was a co-star in the action-comedy double take film Double Take and the following year she starred in the drama Washington Heights. Navedo was the character the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC series Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. Then, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages along with Blue Bloods. Navedo played a role in several films, including El Cantante and Remember Me. Between 2011 and 2013 Navedo played recurring roles in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Superfast!, a comedy movie in which she starred. The parody movie of The Fast and the Furious series came out in 2015. Navedo began her acting career on daytime soap operas.
